Source code for VerseCut 3.0's open-source components

VerseCut ships FFmpeg (and, on macOS, LAME) under the GNU Lesser General Public License. This is the complete corresponding source for the builds in VerseCut 3.0. The Windows build is BtbN FFmpeg-Builds ffmpeg-n9.0-latest-win64-lgpl-shared-9.0 (FFmpeg commit a5923073bf); the scripts that name every library in it are at github.com/BtbN/FFmpeg-Builds. The macOS build is made with build-ffmpeg-macos.sh from the FFmpeg and LAME release archives below.
